Shipping costs (incl. VAT):

- EU: €15.00
- Switzerland: €30.00
- International: €35.00
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time is
- Within Germany: 3–5 working days
- For international deliveries: 5–7 working days
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together in one package – unless we have agreed otherwise. In that case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Order
How can I track my order that has already been shipped?
A few hours after dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping partner with your shipment tracking information.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Please allow us some time to process your order. We typically ship within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for our shipping partner to process the shipment after receiving it.
Can I change when or how the shipment is delivered after it has been sent?
Yes, in many cases that's possible. Our shipping partner will inform you by email about the shipment of your package – there you can change the delivery day or select a preferred delivery location.
What happens if I'm not home for the first delivery attempt?
If you are not home when the package is delivered, you can track your shipment to see if it has been left with a neighbor or at a branch. In some cases, a second delivery attempt will be made. You can find all updates in your shipment tracking information.
My package should have arrived long ago. Where is it?
Please first check the tracking information to see if your package has been delivered to a neighbor. If the shipping status hasn't changed in 5 days or your package is missing, please contact us. Don't worry – we'll take care of it and find a solution.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we can usually cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form and provide your order number. We will cancel your order and refund the amount. You will receive confirmation by email. For more information about your right of withdrawal, click here .
Delivery
How can I correct my delivery address?
If you realize you've entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away using the contact form. We'll try to correct the address before shipping, but we can't always guarantee this. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, the delivery address unfortunately can no longer be changed. Don't worry: If your package can't be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. You'll then be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods – just like with a normal return.
What to do in case of an incomplete delivery?
We're sorry if your order didn't arrive complete. There could be two reasons for this:
- An item was out of stock and will be automatically delivered later (even if it is already listed on the delivery note).
- One item was accidentally omitted from the shipment.

Can I pick up my order myself?
We think it's great that you want to conserve resources. Unfortunately, self-collection is not currently possible. Our products are stored in central shipping warehouses, and we do not currently operate our own stores with collection options.
Payment
How do I receive my invoice?
You will automatically receive an invoice via email once your order has been shipped. If you accidentally deleted the email, simply contact us using the contact form – we will gladly send you a copy.

In some countries, we offer payment by invoice via Klarna. In all other countries, alternative, secure payment methods are of course available.

Return
How can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins as soon as you – or a person designated by you – have received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear notification (e.g. by email to hello@bree.com ) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Once you have informed us, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
The products should be returned in their original condition , unworn and including packaging.
You are only liable for any reduction in value if it resulted from use beyond simply checking the goods.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. This usually takes only a few business days – but no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment – whichever comes first.
How exactly does the return shipping process work?
- Inform us of your cancellation (e.g. by email or via our contact form).
- You will receive a return label from us – we will cover the costs.
- Please return the goods to us within 14 days.
As soon as we receive your return, we will confirm receipt and initiate the refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are currently not possible. If you would like a different color or model, simply return your order and then place a new one.
How long do I have to return my products?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to cancel. Within this period, you can declare your cancellation and return the goods to us. You can find more details here .
In what condition should I return the item?
Please send your items in their original condition, unworn, clean, and complete (including packaging and accessories). To conserve resources, you are welcome to reuse the shipping box.
Is there something wrong with my order?
Should an item be damaged or defective, please contact us directly via our contact form or by email at hello@bree.com. We will take care of a replacement or refund – simply and fairly.
